At the 1999 State Convention, the Guide Dog Users Committee became a full-
fledged Division of the NFBF. NFBF members who are guide dog users, those
who are interested in becoming guide dog
users, or those who just care about guide dog issues, are invited to join
this Division. Dues are only $2.00
per year.
